\nMon – Fri 8:00am-5:00pm<\/p>\n
JOB FUNCTION:
\n* Ensure all new and existing products\/stocks are accurately updated in the system.
\n* Liaise closely with the warehouse team on stock balance, aging stock data, and all incoming and outgoing stock, including any return stock concerns.
\n* Able to work closely with purchaser, warehouse, logistics and etc. in providing excellent coordinating requirements<\/p>\n

JOB DESCRIPTION:
\n* To ensure all the internal functions of purchasing activities are carried out in accordance with the Company\u2019s ISO 9001 requirement, periodical review and revision of the procedures as and when necessary to further improve the Company\u2019s quality system.
\n* To prepare ISO renewal related to purchase document and update Monthly Delivery performance report, Supplier performance report ISO related documents
\n* Handle periodical stock take and stock adjustment.
\n* To forward all purchasing documents to the Accounts Department when all documents are completed (PO, DO, Invoice etc.) to make sure that there is no delay in the submission of these documents so that the Accounts department can closed the account on time.
\n* Manage purchasing process from purchase requisition, purchase orders to delivery, ensuring timely availability of all required materials.
\n* Handle new part\/price registration, price negotiation on project and volume then updates all information into Master Purchase Plan.
\n* Handle the shipping (import) of parts and products, work closely with freight forwarders and shipping agents to handle matters for shipping document (K1\/K9\/BL).
\n* Prepare monthly report such as Custom M1 (before 28th of each month) and prepare and submit Custom\u2019s K1 documents and filling as well to prepare and submit yearly reports such as M4.
\n* To consult with superior for assistance when there are any potential problems \/ matters \/ disputes arising.
\n* Material planning jobs with daily routine updating the Material Planning Report all the sales order receive from Sales personnel or management.
\n* Inform to Sales for delivery lead time after updating the sales orders or sales enquiry.
\n* Update Rejection Report, Return payment matter with related parties.
\n* To backup other department as and when necessary and require.<\/p>\n
QUALIFICATIONS:
\n\u30fbAt least a Diploma or Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Supply Chain Management or any related field.
\n\u30fbProven few years procurement experieces is a must, manufacturing background is preferable
\n\u30fbKnowledge in shipping and negotiation techniques with suppliers will be an added advantage.
\n\u30fbGood communication and presentation skills.
\n\u30fbComputer Literate (Microsoft word, Excel & PowerPoint).
\n\u30fbAble to work independently and resourceful to resolve the ad-hoc purchasing related problem
\n\u30fbPossess own transport and willing to work in Shah Alam<\/p>\n
