JOB FUNCTION:
\nResponsible for overall negotiation and management with relevant parties throughout the entire process of opening new stores \u2014 from identifying potential properties and handling matters after property selection to post-opening operations.<\/p>\n
JOB DESCRIPTION:
\n1. Collect and research information on new store properties; negotiate and build relationships with landlords.
\n2. Serve as the point of contact for negotiations related to store facilities (in coordination with relevant departments).
\n3. Negotiate with, manage, and handle issues with various authorities for obtaining necessary licenses (preference given to candidates with relevant experience).
\n4. Handle negotiations and communications with government offices, police, contractors, etc., after new store openings.
\n5. Manage hostels, including negotiations with landlords, renewals, and sourcing new properties.
\n6. Review contracts, negotiate and manage contract renewals as part of the above duties.
\n7. Act as the company\u2019s point of contact for landlords to handle and negotiate dispute resolution
\n(in collaboration with relevant departments as needed).
\n8. Serve as the company\u2019s representative in dealing with and negotiating with external organizations.
\n9. Carry out special assignments as instructed by top management.<\/p>\n
QUALIFICATIONS:
\n\u30fb At least two years of experience and proven track record in the areas described above.
\n\u30fbStrong negotiation skills and task management ability.
\n\u30fbAbility to accurately understand management\u2019s intent and provide precise reporting.
\n\u30fbMust have no issues in previous employment history, no record of financial or legal incidents, and be a trustworthy and reliable individual
\n\u30fbWilling to outstation for business purpose
\n\u30fbPossess own transport<\/p>\n
