\nAdmin & Public Relations (Japanese Speaker)
\nPlace: Semantan (MRT Sematan)

WORKING HOURS:
\nMonday – Friday: 9am to 6pm
\n(Lunch break: 1hr)<\/p>\n
JOB FUNCTION:
\n1. General Affairs \/ Administration
\n* Assist the President as a secretary: manage schedule and organize expenses
\n* Interpretation and translation
\n* Arrange meetings (approx. once per week)
\n* Handle visitor reception
\n* Support data entry for HR and Audit departments
\n* File contracts and related documents
\n* Handle incoming phone inquiries<\/p>\n
2. Public Relations
\n* Gather PR-related information from various countries and departments
\n* Create and manage PR content
\n* Update and manage the company website and social media
\n* Coordinate with PR agencies: make requests and summarize deliverables
\n* Build relationships with newspapers, PR magazines, and other media
\n* Network with chambers of commerce and Japanese companies in Malaysia
\n* Assist with events in cooperation with the marketing department
\n* Plan and propose PR events<\/p>\n
QUALIFICATIONS:
\n* At least Diploma or Bachelor in any field
\n* Preference given to those with prior work or part-time experience in Japan
\n* Basically no overtime work; business travel is very rare
\n* Strong communication skills
\n* Preference given to candidates with design experience
\n* Japanese: Equivalent to JLPT N1 or N2 (Speaking, Reading, Writing)<\/p>\n
