WORKING HOUR:
\nMon – Fri 9am – 6pm<\/p>\n
JOB FUNCTION:
\nResponsible for planning, development, execution, and feedback of the annual marketing plan<\/p>\n
JOB DESCRIPTION:
\n\u2022 Planning and execution of social media strategies (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
\n\u2022 Planning and execution of membership recruitment campaigns
\n\u2022 Membership data management and analysis (in collaboration with the IT section)
\n\u2022 Collaboration with marketing departments of shopping malls where our stores are located (expanding advertising spaces, gathering information within the mall, understanding in-mall event plans)
\n\u2022 Managing advertising spaces within malls and negotiating rates with landlords
\n\u2022 Production of various advertisements and promotional materials (including content
\nplanning, directing designers, and overall production management)
\n\u2022 Creation and management of in-store displays and storefront advertisements (including images displayed on VOD touch panels)
\n\u2022 Planning and management of external collaborations
\n\u2022 Planning and execution of internal events (e.g., Karaoke Competition held annually; preliminaries begin in August\/September, finals in December)
\n\u2022 Revitalization of internal company website \/ Planning and management of digital ad content
\n\u2022 Planning and management of analog advertising such as print media
\n\u2022 Planning and execution of events for new store openings
\n\u2022 Planning and execution of events at existing stores (e.g., store anniversary campaigns)
\n\u2022 Overall management of menu photography and menu design
\n\u2022 Planning and management of collaborations with anime and cosplay even<\/p>\n
QUALIFICATIONS:
\n\u30fb At least two years of experience and proven track record in the areas described above.
\n\u30fb Possess Bachelor in any field
\n\u30fbStrong negotiation skills and task management ability.
\n\u30fbAbility to accurately understand management\u2019s intent and provide precise reporting.
\n\u30fbWilling to outstation for business purpose
\n\u30fbPossess own transport<\/p>\n
