JOB FUNCTION:
\n* Design, develop, and implement custom solutions within the D365F&O platform to meet the unique requirements of end users. This includes configuring and customizing dynamic modules, creating custom workflows, and integrating with other systems when necessary.
\n* Provide technical expertise and guidance in all D365F&O aspects, ensuring successful implementation. Stay abreast of the latest updates and features in the Dynamics platform to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
\n* Work closely with functional team, understanding business processes and detailed requirements. Translate business requirements into technical specifications and design solutions that align with best practices and industry standards.
\n* Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and functionality of customizations and integrations. Collaborate with the project team to deploy solutions, providing technical support and troubleshooting pre-implementation and post-implementation.
\n* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including functional consultants, project managers, and other developers, to deliver comprehensive solutions that address the diverse needs of our clients. Contribute to a culture of teamwork and knowledge sharing
\nwithin the organization.<\/p>\n
QUALIFICATIONS:
\n\u30fb Requirements Degree\/Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent qualification, at least 2 to 3 years of experience.
\n* Proven experience as a D365F&O Technical Consultant or similar role.
\n* Strong background as a developer with expertise in C#, HTML, JavaScript.
\n* In-depth understanding of D365F&O, including customization and configuration.
\n* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
\n* Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
\n* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
\n* A continuous learner who is enthusiastic about embracing new technologies and methodologies<\/p>\n
SKILL REQUIRED:
\n* Extensive experience in D365FO development, including configuration, customization,regression testing (RSAT) and integration using X++, C#, and other relevant technologies.
\n* Strong understanding of development tools, code versioning, and debugging methodologies.
\n* Understanding of ERP principles and process, with the ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions within the right platform.
\n* Involvement in D365FO system implementation including technical aspects – data migration, workflows and report development.
\n* Proven ability to analyze complex business challenges and design creative, efficient solutions that optimize the functionality and performance of D365F&O.
\n* Having good understanding with various D365FO modules and cross-functional such as GL, Procurement, Expenses Management, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, Cash and Bank Management and Warehouse Management.
\n* Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability when working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
\n* Exercise creative problem-solving skills when performing end-to-end testing, troubleshooting and end-user support.
\n* Work effectively as part of a team, collaborating to achieve departmental goals and initiatives.<\/p>\n
