WORKING HOURS:
\nMonday \u2013 Friday: 0830hrs – 1800hrs<\/p>\n
JOB FUNCTION:
\n* Selling logistics service and value-add services using solid arguments to prospective customers.
\n* Performing cost-benefit analyses of existing and potential customers.
\n* Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales.<\/p>\n
JOB DESCRIPTION:
\n\u2022 Services existing accounts, obtains requirements, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
\n\u2022 Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential customers.
\n\u2022 Submit price or rate by referring to price lists and product cost.
\n\u2022 Keeps management informed by submitting activity and result reports, such as daily call reports,
\nweekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analysis.
\n\u2022 Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new
\nproducts, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques.
\n\u2022 Recommend changes in product, service and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
\n\u2022 Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to Management.
\n\u2022 Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
\n\u2022 Contributes to team effort and company by accomplishing related results as needed.<\/p>\n
SKILLS:
\n\u2022 Customer service and presentation ability.
\n\u2022 Achieving sales targets and good with figures (numbers).
\n\u2022 Problem solving ability, client relationship and motivation for sales.
\n\u2022 Excellent oral and writing communication skills.
\n\u2022 Search and negotiation skills.
\n\u2022 Confidence and have knowledge of logistics service.<\/p>\n
QUALIFICATIONS:
\n* possess at least Bachelor\u2019s Degree preferably in Sales, Logistics & Transportation or Business Management, or any other equivalent
\n* Minimum 5 years of working experience in freight selling and management capacity (Freight Forwarding).
\n\u2022 Experience for Supply Chain Management or Warehouse Operation.
\n* Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
\n* Familiarity with WMS & CRM.
\n* Practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships.
\n* Relationship management skills & openness to feedback.
\n* Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track
\nrecord in sales.
\n* Excellent selling, negotiation & communication skills.
\n* Prioritizing, time management & organizational skill
\n* Posses own transport & willing to work in bangi<\/p>\n
