WORKING HOURS
\nMON – FRI 9AM-6PM<\/p>\n
JOB DESCRIPTION:
\n\u30fbHandle sales transactions, including processing orders, issuing invoices, and coordinating with various departments to ensure timely delivery.
\n\u30fbRespond to customer inquiries, complaints, and claims promptly and professionally, providing effective solutions and maintaining customer satisfaction.
\n\u30fbProvide after-sales service, addressing any post-purchase concerns, coordinate repairs and replacements and ensure customer satisfaction.
\n\u30fbActively engage with potential and existing customers, understand their needs, and offer suitable furniture solutions from our collection.
\n\u30fbCultivate and maintain strong relationships with local and Japanese clients, ensure smooth communication, coordinate product availability, and resolve any issues.
\n\u30fbStay updated on product knowledge, including the latest trends and features of our products, to effectively guide and advise customers.
\n\u30fbCommunicate effectively in both English and Malay for internal coordination, including collaborating with team members and participating in meetings.
\n\u30fbMarket planning, analysis, and business development.<\/p>\n

QUALIFICATIONS:
\n\u30fbMinimum Diploma in Business Study, Sales and Marketing or related field.
\n\u30fbMinimum 2-3 years of experience in a sales support or coordination role, preferably in the manufacturing industry
\n\u30fbStrong administrative and organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
\n\u30fbExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with both clients and team members
\n\u30fbProficient in Microsoft Office, with the ability to create detailed reports and presentations
\n\u30fbCustomer-focused mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving
\n\u30fbFamiliarity with sales processes and an understanding of the sales industry
\n\u30fbWorking experience in the furniture industry will be an added advantage.
\n\u30fbPossess Own Trasport<\/p>\n
