Position: Account Assistant Officer<\/p>\n

Job Scope:<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Perform accurate data entry and maintain meticulous records of financial transactions<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Reconcile accounts and ensure the accuracy of financial information<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions in a timely manner<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Provide support in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Collaborate with the finance team to identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Assist with the implementation of accounting policies and procedures<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Contribute to the continuous improvement of our accounting processes and systems<\/p>\n
Requirement:<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Minimum 2 years of experience in an accounts assistant for junior role<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Fresh Graduate is welcome<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Excellent numerical and analytical skills, with attention to detail<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and meet deadlines<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Good communication and interpersonal skills<\/p>\n
\u00b7 A diploma or degree in accounting or a related field is preferred<\/p>\n
