Job Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\u30fbThe legal staff will be responsible for handling a broad range of corporate legal affairs to ensure compliance and effective risk management.<\/p>\n
\u30fbMonitoring and analyzing new and amended laws and regulations relevant to the company and its business.<\/p>\n
\u30fbPreparing legal update reports and submitting them to management.<\/p>\n
\u30fbAssessing the impact of legal changes, recommending necessary actions, reporting to management, and implementing compliance measures.<\/p>\n
\u30fbDrafting and updating company policies and internal regulations. Creating and revising contract templates used in business operations.<\/p>\n
\u30fbPreparing corporate law-related documents, including those for the Members’ Council.<\/p>\n
\u30fbManaging business licenses, including acquisition and renewal procedures.<\/p>\n
\u30fbDrafting and reviewing contracts with customers and business partners.<\/p>\n
\u30fbDeveloping and maintaining the company\u2019s risk management framework.<\/p>\n
\u30fbFacilitating regular internal meetings on legal and compliance matters.<\/p>\n
Requirements:<\/p>\n
\u30fbExperience & Skills: Minimum 3 years of experience as an in-house legal counsel<\/p>\n
\u30fbSolid knowledge of HR\/labor and company laws<\/p>\n
Possessing a valid lawyer\u2019s license is preferred<\/p>\n
