\nMON – FRI 8:30am – 5:30pm
\n(hybrid work mode is entitled)<\/p>\n
JOB OVERVIEW:
\nWe are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Payroll Executive to manage all aspects of monthly payroll processing. The role includes ensuring accurate and timely salary payments, handling statutory contributions and deductions, and supporting the HR and Finance teams in payroll-related matters.<\/p>\n
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
\n* Process monthly payroll accurately and on time for all employees
\n* Verify and update attendance, leave, and overtime records
\n* Manage statutory deductions and contributions: EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB
\n* Prepare and submit annual income tax forms (EA Form, E Form)
\n* Handle salary adjustments, bonuses, and final settlements
\n*Generate and reconcile payroll reports with the Finance team
\n* Respond to employee inquiries regarding salaries, deductions, and statutory contributions
\n* Assist in payroll audits and maintain accurate payroll records
\n* Stay updated with relevant HR\/payroll regulations and practices
\n*Assist with basic accounting duties such as bookkeeping during peak periods or when required by the Finance team<\/p>\n
QUALIFICATIONS:
\n* Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Human Resources, or related fields
\n* Minimum 4\u20135 years of experience in payroll processing
\n* Consulting, consulting backgroun is most preferable.
\n* Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
\n* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and payroll software
\n* Good communication skills in English (knowledge of Japanese is an a added advantage.
\n* Ability to act with integrity, pforessionalism and confidentiality.
\n* Flexible, good in details person; Teamworks<\/p>\n
