\n\u2460 Mon – Fri 8.30am – 6pm
\n\u2461 2 shifts \u2013 7.00 am to 5.00 pm x 2 weeks & 5.30 pm \u2013 3.30 am x 2 weeks<\/p>\n
JOB OVERVIEW:
\n* Make tool and die parts for stamping dies
\n* Work as a technician field of electrical connector manufacturing in metal stamping,die setting,machine setup and inspection.
\nIn charge of the metal stamping production output
\n* Die Setting & Die Maintenance
\n* Daily inspection and submit a daily output report to the Production Engineer
\n* Do quality check and diameter inspection on product.
\n* Inspecting, analysing, and troubleshooting systems and equipment.
\n* Creating reports, safety guidelines, and maintenance schedules.
\n* Making recommendations by conducting tests and analysing the outcomes.<\/p>\n
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
\nA.Metal Stamping Division
\n* In charge of metal stamping production output \u2013 Run Product
\n* Die Setting preparation at Machine
\n* Daily inspection and submit daily output report to Production Engineer
\n* To ensure product\u2019s packaging as per customer requirement<\/p>\n
B.Tooling Division (Tool Maker)
\n* Operating Surface or Profile Grinding Machine for making Die parts
\n* Fabricate new parts for customers<\/p>\n
QUALIFICATIONS:
\n* At least SPM with Credit in Math subject
\n* SKM or diploma level is preferabel for Tool Maker position
\n* Possess own tarsport and willing to work in Shah Alam
\n* Good eyesight is a must
\n* Fresh graduates are encourage to apply as training will be provided
\n* Must have own transport and able to work on shift (2 shifts)<\/p>\n
