WORKING HOURS:
\n\u30fbMon – Thu 8am-5pm (Lunch break :12noon – 12:40pm).
\nBreaktime : 10am-10:10am, 3pm-3:10pm
\n\u30fbFriday: 8am-5pm (Lunch break :12:50pm – 2:30pm. )
\nBreaktime : 10am-10:10am

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
\n1) Engineering Sample Preparation
\n\u30fbManage the design and coordination of powder metallurgy sample parts based on customer requirements. Ensure proper material selection, Tooling design, and sintering conditions to meet functional and dimensional specification
\n2) Ensure the smooth mass production transition from sample stage to mass production stage
\n\u30fbFacilitate a seamless transition from the sample phase to mass production. This process is important for ensuring efficiency and quality as production scales up.
\n\u30fbBy focusing on effective communication and coordination among teams, we can minimize disruptions and enhance overall productivity.
\n3) Monitoring Project Progress & Resolving Product Issues
\n\u30fbTrack the development and production progress of PM parts.
\n\u30fbIdentify and resolve critical technical issues related to powder behavior, part density, dimensional tolerances, and mechanical properties during compaction, sintering, and post-processing stages.
\n4) Dimensional Measurement of Finished Powdr Metallurgy Parts
\n\u30fbPerform precision measurements on sintered components using tools such as micrometers, CMMs, and profile projectors.
\n\u30fbVerify conformance to engineering drawings and dimensional tolerances, accounting for shrinkage and densification behavior.
\n5) Engineering Sample Data Analysis
\n\u30fbAnalyze data from sample production runs, including density, porosity, hardness, and microstructure, to validate design performance and ensure reliability in mass production.
\n6) Inspection Report Preparation
\n\u30fbCreate detailed inspection reports covering dimensional checks, metallurgical evaluations, and physical property tests.
\n\u30fbProvide clear documentation for customer approval and internal quality assurance.
\n7) Testing & Analysis of New Powder Materials
\n\u30fbEvaluate new powder materials and additives for potential use in PM components.
\n\u30fbConduct compaction and sintering trials to assess mechanical properties, compatibility with existing tooling, and overall performance improvements
\n8) Preparation and Issuance of Technical Drawings & PM Standards
\n\u30fbDevelop and issue detailed CAD drawings, material specifications, and internal standards tailored for powder metallurgy processes. \u30fbEnsure designs are optimized for tooling, manufacturability, and sintering behavior while complying with industry standards such as ISO.
\n9) Identify, analyze, and resolve production issues related to product design
\n\u30fbCollaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve production issues arising from product design, implement corrective actions, and continuously improve design processes to enhance manufacturability and efficiency.<\/p>\n

QUALIFICATION:
\n\u30fbAt least Bachelor Degree in Mechanical or equivalent engineering
\n\u30fbMin 2 years experiences in relavant field
\n\u30fbFresh graduate with strong passion in this filed is consider
\n\u30fbGood at communicating
\n\u30fbStrong understanding of manufacturing processes, including the systems and machines involved, is important.
\n\u30fbKnowing about Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and ways to keep improving processes is also key.
\n\u30fbBeing skilled in using software for managing production, like ERP systems and scheduling tools, it is an advantages.
\n\u30fbKnowledge of health and safety regulations in a manufacturing setting.
\n\u30fbPossess own transport and willing to work in Shah Alam<\/p>\n
