\nEHS Executive
\nLocation: Taman Taming Jaya, Belakong
\nSalary: RM 3,000 – RM 3,500
\nJob Type: Permanent; Full-Time<\/p>\n
WORKING HOURS:
\nMon – Fri 8am – 5:45pm<\/p>\n
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
\n* Responsible to conduct audit on OHS and Environment Management System
\n* Responsible to provide information to HOD on the overall findings and the corrective actions
\n* Responsible to follow up on OHS & Environment audit finding closure (eg. Internal audit, external audit, HQ audit, government agencies audit, etc)<\/p>\n
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
\n* To follow up on Hiyari Hatto (near miss, uncase act & unsafe condition) until closure
\n* To be in charge with the Schedule waste management (eg. coordination with departments & schedule waste collector, keep up to date inventory, consignment note, eSWIS submission of documentation, etc)
\n* To develop, implement and conduct OHS & Environment related training (eg. DOJO training, Awareness training, newsletter, etc)
\n* To assist in the preparation of the training module for both OHS & Environment
\n* To manage compliance to legal & other requirements (eg. ROHS, Halogen) and green procurements
\n* Responsible to control and supervise the FRS and Chemical Spill Team and its activities
\n* Implement motivational and incentive programs that promote OHS & Environment awareness
\n* To record and issue meeting minutes for Safety & Health committee and Schedule Waste committee
\nTo lead environmental patrol, reporting and follow up on findings
\n* To initiate and organize OHS & Environment related programs (eg. * Safety campaign, waste, water & energy reduction program, etc)
\n* Any other job that may be assigned by Superiors from time to time.<\/p>\n
QUALIFICATIONS:
\n* Degree in Environment, Health & Safety or equivalent
\n2 \u2013 3 years of relevant experience is required for this position
\n* Possess ISO14001:2015 or ISO45001:2018 Internal Auditor Course Certificate
\n* Possess CepSWaM competency certificate and experience in Schedule Waste Management
\n* Able to work independently with minimum supervision
\n* Must be willing to work in Balakong
\n* Possess own transport<\/p>\n
