JOB DESCRIPTION:
\n\u30fb Review the company documents, manage and cascade the newly implemented or revised the documents to employees.
\n\u30fb Develop and implement annual compliance program so as to identify, document and assess the compliance annual audit.
\n\u30fb Acted as a secretariat for the internal audit of the Head Office, coordination and follow-up of the action plan for each\u00a0 \u00a0department.
\n\u30fb Perform maintenance and improvement of internal control.
\n\u30fb Drafting an implementation plan for effectiveness assessment and summarize the results.
\n\u30fb Conduct the internal monitoring and training for export control
\n\u30fb Provide necessary instructions and advices to each departments to perform proper export control.
\n\u30fb Conduct maintenance and improvement of Risk Map.
\n\u30fb Drafting of implementation plan for self check and summarize the result.
\n\u30fb Observe and update new regulations or announcement on compliance.
\n\u30fb Provide compliance services related to Quality Assurance reports and submit to Head Office and Regional Head Office.
\n\u30fbAccepting incident reports from internal, reporting to Managing Director \/ Deputy Managing Director and Head Office and creating incident reports under Global Incident Reporting System (GIRS).<\/p>\n
QUALIFICATIONS:
\n* Bacherlor’s Degree holder in Business Administration, Business Law or equivalent.
\n* At least 8 years of relevant working experience in financial banking industry background.
\n\u30fbExperience in corporate and commercial laws, compliance and contract management.
\n* Well organized, independent, self-initiative, detail-minded and multitasking skills.
\n* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
\n* Well converse in English<\/p>\n
