\nSales Support Executive (Junior\/Fresh)
\nPlace: Bandar Baru Permas Jaya, Masai.
\nSalary: RM2,800 – RM4,000
\nJob Type: Permanent; Full-Time<\/p>\n
WORKING HOURS:
\nMon – Fri 8.45am – 5.45pm
\n(Lunch break:12.30pm – 1.30pm)<\/p>\n
JOB FUNCTION:
\n* Dealing with supplier for the disbursement docs
\n* Preparation of agreement and initial payment quotation and invoice
\n* Checking and filling all the agreement, invoice and other related docs to ensure the disbursement smoothly
\n* Dealing with insurance agent to quote the quotation and cover note
\n* Dealing and assist customer for e-mandate
\n* To support and assist credit & marketing team
\n* Handle in processing new and existing loan submission
\n* Assist in interviewing customers and request necessary document for loan processing
\n* Follow up any outstanding loan documents from customers & supplier
\n* Assist to carry out processing activities to achieve the team target in term of volume amount and number of clients
\n* Timely follow-up on outstanding loan documentation, fostering strong relationships with both customers and team members<\/p>\n
QUALIFICATIONS:
\n* Minimum Diploma holder and above in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce or any discipline.
\n* At least 1 year of relevant working experience in similar industry, however fresh graduates may apply.
\n* Basic understanding of contract law, Hire Purchase Act and Company Act.
\n* Good knowledge in customer service and experience in handling customers\u2019 \/ dealers\u2019 complaints.
\n* Patient, detail-oriented, good communication skill and eager to help others.
\n* Self-motivated, outgoing personality and able to multi-task.
\n* Possess own transport and willing to work in Masai<\/p>\n
