WORKING HOURS:
\n\u30fbMon – Thu 8am-5pm (Lunch break :12noon – 12:40pm).
\nBreaktime : 10am-10:10am, 3pm-3:10pm
\n\u30fbFriday: 8am-5pm (Lunch break :12:50pm – 2:30pm. )
\nBreaktime : 10am-10:10am
\n\u30fbIn 2025 only 3 working day at Saturday<\/p>\n
JOB FUNCTION:
\n\u30fbOversee the entire production process to ensure products are made efficiently and on schedule.
\n\u30fbDevelop and implement production schedules, ensuring timely completion of production targets
\n\u30fbLead the production team to enhance production methods and improve productivity.
\n\u30fbKeep machines well-maintained to prevent breakdowns and delays.
\n\u30fbFollow safety guidelines to create a safe work environment.
\n\u30fbAddress unexpected problems like delays or equipment failures promptly.
\n\u30fbMotivate and support the team to achieve their goals.
\n\u30fbWork closely with Quality Control to maintain excellent production quality.
\n\u30fbQuickly identified and resolve any problems that arise during production.
\n\u30fbLook for solution to improve efficiency and reduce waste.<\/p>\n
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
\n\u30fbHaving great leadership skills helps in guiding and inspiring a team made up of different people.
\n\u30fbGood at communicating, whether it’s writing or speaking, makes it easier to share ideas. Staying calm and focused when things get busy allows for juggling several tasks at once. Also, Excellent in problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
\n\u30fbStrong understanding of manufacturing processes. including the systems and machines involved, is important. Knowing about Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and ways to keep improving processes is also key.
\n\u30fbBeing skilled in using software for managing production, like ERP systems and scheduling tools, it is an advantages.
\n\u30fbStrong attention to detail and a focus on quality.
\n\u30fbBeing able to thrive in a busy setting and adjust to shifting priorities.
\n\u30fbKnowledge of health and safety regulations in a
\nmanufacturing setting.
\n\u30fbCreate and oversee production timelines: Set up and modify production plans according to priorities and the availability of materials to meet deadlines.
\n\u30fbSupervise Production Team: Manage and support a production team, assigning tasks, providing feedback, and resolving any performance issues.
\n\u30fbMonitor Product Quality: Continuously monitor production to ensure products meet quality specifications. Address and resolve quality issues in work close with the QC team.
\n\u30fbImplement Process Improvements: Identify and implement efficiency improvements, including cost reduction as well as waste reduction.<\/p>\n
QUALIFICATIONS:
\n\u30fbAt least Diploma or Degree
\n\u30fbMin 8-10 years experiences in production field
\n\u30fbWith 5 years experiences as a manager role is preferable
\n\u30fbSkill: communication skill, leadership skill, people management skill, production management skill etc.
\n\u30fbStrong understanding of manufacturing processes improvement
\n\u30fbPossess own transport<\/p>\n
