\nHR Executive (Junior\/Fresh)
\nLocation: Taman Taming Jaya, Belakong
\nSalary: up to RM 3,000 (nego depend on experiences)
\nJob Type: Permanent; Full-Time<\/p>\n
WORKING HOURS:
\nMon – Fri 8am – 5:45pm<\/p>\n
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
\n* Responsible for expatriate\u2019s work permit application \/ extension\/ cancellation and attend to immigration and other authorities\u2019 requirements on matters relating to expatriate.
\n* Handle employee relations issues, including conflicts, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
\n* Plan and organize employee engagement activities and coordinate in any company event or activity.
\n* Responsible for general affairs matter \u2013 company\u2019s transport arrangement, hostel management, cleaning services, hotel and flight ticket reservation, management of general cleaning items, HR budget control, etc.
\n* Assist and coordinate training activities.
\n* Assist and conduct Compliance activities to raise the awareness for all employees.
\n* Assist and maintain the Business Continuity Management system.
\n* Maintain and update documents as required.
\n* Perform any other task as required by immediate superior time to time.<\/p>\n
QUALIFICATIONS:
\n* Possess at least Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Human Resource\/ Business Administration\/ Economy or equivalent.
\n* Priority high for those who has 2 \u2013 3 years HR & Admin working experiences in manufacturing background
\n* Fresh graduate is consider
\n* Required skill(s): Good interpersonal skill, proficient in both written and spoken in Malay and English
\n* Must be willing to work in Balakong
\n* Possess own transport<\/p>\n
