\nRetail Outlet Store Manager
\nOffice: Bandar Sultan Suleiman, Pelabuhan Klang
\nSalary: RM 4,000 – RM 5,000

WORKING HOURS:
\nA. 9:00 – 18:30
\nB. 13:00 – 22:30
\n* Working irregular shifts (2 shifts)<\/p>\n
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
\nA.Store Management
\n\u30fbEnsure the inventory are sufficient.
\n\u30fbDealing with warehouse for inventory ordering and shipment process.
\n\u30fbEnsure the store environment is in good condition and up to standard.
\n\u30fbResponsible to secure customers\u2019 personnel
\nB. Manpower \/ Staff Management:
\n\u30fbResponsible to set up and plan for the shift rotation.
\n\u30fbPlanning for SOP that precisely for the outlet setting.
\n\u30fbEncourage and motivate employees to promote growth and development of their productivity in work place.
\nC.Cash Management
\n\u30fbManaging the cash flow of the retail stores.
\n\u30fbReporting the sales amount to the respective PIC.<\/p>\n
QUALIFICATIONS:
\n\u30fbProficiency in English
\n\u30fbExperience as a store Manager > 2 years is preferable for manager role
\n\u30fbFamiliar with Multinational & Interested in Japanese culture is advantage
\n\u30fbPreferred candidate who has high working ethics and leadership
\n\u30fbPossess own transport<\/p>\n

\nAfter joining the company, job scope shall change accordingly to the promotion as follows:
\n\u2460 Learning the work of a store from joining as a staff, from cash registering to delivery of goods
\n\u2461 Management of shift readers, keys, cashiers, and tasks are put together to collect work instructions
\n\u2462 Administer as an assistant manager
\n\u2463 To manage as a manager<\/p>\n
