JOB OVERVIEW:
\n\u30fbAs a tech lead of the logistics solutions team, will be responsible for supporting all aspects of logistics software, and operations, ensuring smooth and efficient technology support for our users and business needs.
\n\u30fbWill be involved in implementation and development new solutions such as WMS, TMS or any other logistics \/ supply
\nchain solutions.<\/p>\n
RESPONSIBILITIES:
\n\u30fbParticipate in the full project life cycle from the requirement gathering to project implementation, maintenance and support
\n\u30fbEnsure that the developed modules and deliverables meet expectations, and quality standards and are within schedule.
\n\u30fbmaintain application and solve complex performance problems and bug fixing.
\n\u30fbDocument and maintain design specifications, source code, and archives for new applications and ideas.
\n\u30fbCommit to continuous improvement and refinement of logistic methodology and delivery.
\n\u30fbProvide technical guidance and lean team members.
\n\u30fbWork closely with stakeholders to gather and refine project requirements.
\n\u30fbConduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to standards.
\n\u30fbContinuousaly discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximise development efficiency.
\n\u30fbStay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in software development.<\/p>\n
QUALIFICATIONS:
\n\u2022 Possess at least Bachelor Degree, Professional Degree or Master\u2019s Degree preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any other equivalent.
\n\u2022 Minimum 5-7+ years of experience in software full-cycle development project management.
\n\u2022 Familiarity with programming languages in both VB.Net, Java.
\n\u2022 Familiarity with front-end frameworks (e.g. AngularJS, Bootstrap, Ionic Framework etc.).
\n\u2022 Familiarity with relational database software (e.g. Oracle, MySQL, any other relational database).
\n\u2022 Familiarity with cloud computing (e.g. Amazon Web Service, Microsoft Azure Cloud etc.).
\n\u2022 Familiarity with integration methods (e.g. RESTful APIs, SOAP, OAuth, and other methods).
\n\u2022 Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and development tools (e.g., Visual Studio, Eclipse
\netc.).
\n\u2022 Experience in database design and development.
\n\u2022 Excellent communication skills.
\n\u2022 Motivated, quick learner and passion for new technologies.
\n\u2022 Able to work independently, detail-oriented, and have strong problem-solving skills.
\n\u2022 A mentor\/leader and a team-player at the same time.
\n\u2022 Preferable experience in development for logistics or supply chain management software.
\n\u2022 Preferable familiarity with Agile development methodologies.<\/p>\n
