\nLicensing and Visa Consultant
\nPlace: Bangsar South (5 mins to LRT University)

WORKING HOURS:
\nMon \u2013 Fri: 9AM \u2013 6PM
\n(Hybrid work and flexible working condition is entitled)<\/p>\n
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
\nA. Licensing and Documentation Support
\n* Provide expert consultation on document requirements for new and renewal applications of visas and business licenses.
\n* Prepare and manage immigration and licensing-related documentation.
\n* Assist clients in preparing and submitting applications for essential business licenses, including premises, local council, signboard, and retail trade licenses (e.g., DBKL, MBPJ, MDTCC).
\n* Support licensing for industry-specific operations such as import\/export, restaurant, IT\/ICT, and general trading or sales permits.
\n* Assist clients in opening bank accounts by providing guidance on required documents and procedures.<\/p>\n
B.Document Review and Compliance
\n* Conduct thorough reviews of submitted documents and respond to related client inquiries.
\n* Ensure proper filing and organisation of all supporting documents and signed paperwork.
\n* Oversee and maintain client records in compliance with Know Your Client (KYC) regulations.<\/p>\n
C.Client and Stakeholder Communication
\n* Provide regular status updates to clients and stakeholders until approvals or resolutions are secured.
\n* Respond promptly to client inquiries with accurate and comprehensive information.
\n* Follow up on correspondences with regulatory authorities within 2\u20133 working days unless client input is required.
\n* Ensure all engagement members, including Japanese consultants, are included in relevant communications.<\/p>\n
D. Research, Reporting, and Coordination
\n* Conduct research through direct communication with relevant authorities and review industry publications, including online sources and newspapers.
\n* Maintain and update the Work-in-Progress Report, Client Master Report, and related consultant reports on a daily basis.
\n* Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve annual performance targets.<\/p>\n
E. Billing and Expiry Management
\n* Ensure timely submission of billing requests upon case completion.
\n* Proactively track and notify clients of upcoming license expirations.<\/p>\n
QUALIFICATIONS:
\n* Possess bachelor\u2019s degree in any field.
\n* At least 2-3years of experience in the licensing sector.
\n* Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
\n* Familiarity with government regulatory bodies such as DBKL, MBPJ, and MDTCC, MIDA. etc.
\n* Extensive knowledge of licensing procedures and regulatory compliances
\n* Must be willing to travel independently within the Klang Valley region.
\n* Possess own transport<\/p>\n
