JOB FUNCTION:
\nQuality Assurance and Quality Control of Bonding wire for Semiconductor<\/p>\n
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
\n* To ensure that the Integrated Management System (IMS) is implemented, maintain and continually improved according To IMS requirement.
\n* To conduct the Internal Audit, Supplier Audit and manage external parties Audit such as customer or certification body\/ regulatory audit.
\n* To conduct training or briefing on Integrated Management System (IMS) requirement To top Management level and promote quality System awareness throughout the organization.
\n* To manage customer complaint or interested parties feedback related *To Internal process control in-effectiveness and miss from inspection or other external issues.
\n* To Oversee calibration activities and conduct MSA study (qualitative and quantitative) for equipment and activities specified in control plan.
\n* To ensure compliance To customer specific requirements, Safety, Health & Environmental & other stipulated act & regulations.
\n* Additional job will be assigned by the superior or Management as and when necessary.<\/p>\n
REQUIREMENTS:
\n* Degree in QA Engineering or equivalent
\n* At least min. 7 years experience in QA function in semi-conductor or manufacturing background
\n* Familiar with ISO9001, ISO14001 and IATF 16949 requirement
\n* Familiar with Audit skill and technique
\n* Familiar with Automotive 5 Core Tools attended
\n* Knowledge in RBA VAP experience is added advantage
\n* Possess own transport<\/p>\n
