WORKING HOURS:
\nMon – Fri 8:00am-5:00pm<\/p>\n
JOB FUNCTION:
\n1. Support for Sales Activities of the MD and Assistant Manager:
\n2. Business Development Activities:
\n\u30fb Mainly approach Japanese and local companies via phone and email for new business opportunities.
\n3. Accompanying the MD to Business Meetings:
\n\u30fbProvide language support to the MD during meetings with local companies.
\n\u30fbBusiness trips may be required if clients are located far away
\n4. Coordination with Internal Departments:
\n\u30fbCollaborate with various departments within the company, including Manufacturing, Procurement, and Accounting<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
QUALIFICATIONS:
\n* Possess Diploma or Bachelor in any field
\n* Min 1 years experience in sales support work\/sales admin work in manufacturing or trading field is most preferable.
\n* Fresh gradaute with japanese speaker is welcome too
\n* Good communication skills in English & Japanese (JLPT 2 or above)
\n* Well know in Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook
\n* Those who can actively learn and act independently
\n* Knowledge of trade practices is prefeable
\n* Willing to outstation to meet customers if request
\n* Possess own transport<\/p>\n
