\nLegal Associate (Senior\/Junior)
\nOffice: Bangsar South, KL (Link bridge to LRT University Station)

WORKING HOURS:
\nMon \u2013 Fri: 9AM \u2013 6PM
\n(Hybrid work and flexible working condition is entitled)<\/p>\n
JOB FUNCTION:
\n* Advising clients in a broad range of M&A transactions and corporate law.
\n* Advising companies on corporate matters in acquisitions (buy and sell side), legal due diligence, shareholders agreements, restructuring and joint ventures, mergers-demergers and all other corporate transactions.
\n* Supporting the transactional process, including participating in the due diligence process, managing day-to-day file management, providing updates, and actively contributing to discussions internally and with clients.<\/p>\n
REQUIREMENTS:
\n* Possess at least Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Law
\n* Proven few years experience in corporate or commercial practice for Senior level.
\n* Possess own transport<\/p>\n
