\nAssistant Operation Manager cum Customer Service
\nLocation: Taman Perindustrian Kapar Bestari, Kapar
\nSalary: up to RM7,000
\nJob Type: Permanent; Full-Time<\/p>\n
WORKING HOURS:
\nMondays to Fridays 8:30am to 5.30pm
\nSaturdays 8:30am to 1.00pm<\/p>\n
JOB FUNCTION:
\n* Coordinate the work of operational staff to meet objectives
\n* Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
\n* Assist in budget planning and cost control measures
\n* Maintain records and prepare reports on operational performance
\n* Coordinate sales and purchases, including tracking inventory and placing orders as needed.
\n* Handle logistics arrangements and provide customer service to ensure smooth delivery and receipt of tyre orders.
\n* Maintain accurate data and stock records in the warehouse management system.
\n* Answering calls from customers, when needed
\n* Any other potential tasks that may be assigned by the respective supervisors<\/p>\n
QUALIFICATIONS:
\n* Diploma\/Degree in any discipline
\n* Minimum 3 years or above working experience in a similar position preferred.
\n* Good leadership, communication and computer skills
\n* Proficient in MS Office especially MS Excel
\n* Possess own transport<\/p>\n
