WORKING HOURS:
\nMon – Fri 08:30am – 5:30pm<\/p>\n
JOB FUNCTION:
\n\u30fb Financial management: Develop and manage budgets,analyse financial performance,and identify cost-saving opportunities
\n\u30fb Financial accounts reporting:Prepare financial forecasts and monthly reports,and ensure compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards
\n\u30fb Risk management:Conduct financial risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate financial risks
\n\u30fb Cash flow management:Ensure efficient cash flow management and working capital optimization
\n\u30fb Financial processes:Ensure employees adhere to financial
\nprocesses and that accounting and finance processes are accurate and complete on time.
\n\u30fb Financial systems:Develop financial systems and procedures aligned with company business strategy
\n\u30fb Team leadership: Lead and mentor the finance and accounting team,fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
\n\u30fb Audit &Tax: Responsible in full spectrum of the accounts and tax duties
\n\u30fb Business strategy:Support strategy execution for logistics and warehousing,and create strategic business plans
\n\u30fb Invoicing: Ensure invoicing transactions are accurately documented and billed.
\n\u30fb Collaboration:Collaborate with customers service team to facilitate timely payments and resolve any discrepancies or issues<\/p>\n

QUALIFICATIONS:
\n\u30fb At least Bachelor in Accouting or Finance and ACCA
\n\u30fb 8 years or more of extensive financial and accounting experience.
\n\u30fb In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, standards, and compliance.
\n\u30fb Experience in managing and leading accounting teams.
\n\u30fb Familiarity with the latest financial trends and industry best practices.
\n\u30fb Proficiency in accounting software and software tools, including Microsoft Excel
\n\u30fb Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
\n\u30fb Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
\n\u30fb Possess own transport<\/p>\n
