\nPlace: Seksyen 31, Kota Kemuning, Shah Alam
\nSalary: RM2,400 – RM 2,800

WORKING HOURS:
\nMon – Fri 08:00-17:30
\n(Saturday once a month)<\/p>\n
JOB FUNCTION:
\n\u30fbAssist in the marketing team, preparing spare parts, quotation, and invoices.
\n\u30fbPrepare spare parts (following the customer\u2019s request) and arrange for shipment.
\n\u30fbSupport the production of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers.
\n\u30fbOrganize and assist in promotional events, exhibitions, and other marketing activities.
\n\u30fbManage and update the system on sales of spare parts and machines
\n\u30fb Collaborate with internal teams and customers to ensure project timelines are met.<\/p>\n
QUALIFICATIONS:
\n\u30fb Diploma or Bachelor in relavant field
\n\u30fb 2-3 year working experience in sales support\/sales admin is most welcome
\n\u30fb Fresh graduate in Degree is consider
\n\u30fb Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word and Powerpoint
\n\u30fb Language: English & BM
\n\u30fb Highly organized with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
\n\u30fb Creative mindset with attention to detail.
\n\u30fb Possess own transport<\/p>\n
