\nMonday To Friday: 8:30 – 17:30
\n(Lunch break: 1 hours )<\/p>\n
JOB FUNCTION:
\n\u00b7 Design and Review Electrical Systems:
\n\u00b7 Basic design and review of Electrical systems in compliance with regulatory standards.
\n\u00b7 Ensure that all design activities align with established regulatory standards, codes, and specifications.
\n\u00b7 Attend to a site meeting or relevant meeting<\/p>\n
2.1 Estimation and Cost Analysis:
\n\u00b7 Prepare and submit quotations for project proposals and tender submissions.
\n\u00b7 Conduct cost analysis and project feasibility analysis to assess alignment with company capabilities.<\/p>\n
2.2 Technical Support:
\n\u00b7 Provide technical support by gathering project-specific requirements and clarifying technical aspects
\n\u00b7 Support in structuring and delivering technical presentations to clients.<\/p>\n
2.3 Procurement Strategy:
\n\u00b7 Advise on procurement strategy and contribute to the preparation of tender and contract documents.
\n\u00b7 Assist in sourcing reliable suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors.<\/p>\n
2.4 Collaborative Engagement:
\n\u00b7 Attend regular meetings with Department Managers to foster effective communication and collaboration.
\n\u00b7 Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.<\/p>\n
2.5 Maintaining and Expanding Business Relations:
\n\u00b7 Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with our existing customers.
\n\u00b7 Assist in exploring and develop business opportunities in non-Japanese customer sectors for Temacon.<\/p>\n
2.6 Proposal and Contract Management:
\n\u00b7 Effectively manage proposals and contracts to ensure clarity and adherence to organizational standards.
\n\u00b7 Verify the accuracy of sales contents, quotations, and PO amounts<\/p>\n
2.7 Project Coordination:
\n\u00b7 Assist in coordinating site activities, tender briefings, site surveys, and site investigations.
\n\u00b7 Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.<\/p>\n
2.8 Documentation and Record Keeping:
\n\u00b7 Collaborate on record-keeping and document management to maintain organized project files.
\n\u00b7 Assist in CIDB project reporting and track project performance.<\/p>\n
2.9 Financial Oversight:
\n\u00b7 Coordinate with the department for accurate invoicing and payment collection.
\n\u00b7 Verify sales contents, quotations, and PO amounts.<\/p>\n
QUALIFICATIONS:
\n\u2022 At least Bachelor in engineering in electical or civil
\n\u2022 At least few proven years experiences in similar role particular in
\nengineering construction or EPCC background (MUST)
\n\u2022 Experience in the technical specification design and selection of the electrical, instrumentation and process control system of a plant.(MUST)
\n\u2022 Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
\n\u2022 Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
\n\u2022 Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
\n\u2022 Honest and able to work Independently
\n\u2022 Possess own transport<\/p>\n
