\nMonday To Friday: 8:30 – 17:30
\n(Lunch break : 13:00 – 14:00 )<\/p>\n
JOB DESCRIPTION :
\n* Monitoring and increase each country sales, through sales planning, activities including marketing promotion.
\n* Keep good relationship with distributor PIC in every other countries
\n* Need to look after for retail, food service, industrial and marketing segment for the in charge country
\n* Data analysis, communicate with new inquiries, dig out potential customers
\n* Cooperate with other department to make sure the goods to be shipped in a good conditions, align with the country’s regulations and also the payment collections
\n* Cooperate with other department to make sure all supporting documents are prepared to avoid any issues and make sure all the packaging are follow the restriction
\n* Cooperate with HQ to make sure export business is bringing benefits to the group instead of creating conflicts
\n* Able to teach distributor PIC or customer on how to use our products
\n* Must be able to travel overseas
\n* Curious about each countries cuisine and culture<\/p>\n
RESPONSIBILITIES:
\n* Think strategy to expand export sales and monitoring each country sales, including sales activities, marketing promotion (online\/offline)
\n* Travel to overseas to build relationship with distributor, market survey, check on distributor’s performance
\n* Cooperate with other departement to make sure the goods are follow the regulations
\n* Cooperate with other department to make sure the goods are shipped out in a good conditions without any delay and causing trouble to customer
\n* Teach\/give training to our customer (distributor\/end consumers\/promoters) on products knowledge, how to sell, etc
\n* Make proposal for customers to approach to their customers to purchase our products
\n* Keep good relationship with distributors to make sure they are align with company strategies
\n* Keep eyes on freight cost and also work together with other department to monitor forwarder’s performance
\n* Keep eyes on the trend of related countries to make sure our plans or strategies are on track
\n* Monitor market changes through online\/offline to protect our valued customers benefits
\n* Communicate with HQ to make sure export business is benefiting the group to avoid conflicts<\/p>\n
REQUIREMENT:
\n* Min Bachelor or Diploma
\n* 2 ~3 years experienced in Retail in food
\n* Language: Well in English and BM
\n* Profiency in Microsft word, ppt and excel
\n* Skill: Logical thinking Skill, Communication Skill (phone, email), Negotiation Skill, Problem solving Skill
\n* Possess driving license and own transport<\/p>\n
