\nSalary: up to RM6,000
\nLocation: Wisma UOA II, Damansara Heights (MRT Samantan)

WORKING HOURS:
\nMon – Fri 9AM -6PM<\/p>\n
JOB DESCRIPTION:
\n* Manage sales for 15 outlets (as of November 2024), including cash, card, and QR payments.
\n* Handle transactions and payments for rent, utilities, food and beverage supplies, and equipment.
\n* Manage payroll, taxes, and social security payments, along with related data collection.
\n* Perform monthly closing tasks.
\n* Coordinate with outlets, negotiate with banks and suppliers regarding the above tasks.
\n* Work with relevant departments to resolve billing and payment issues<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
QUALIFICATIONS:
\n* At least 3 years of experience and proven expertise in accounting, handling tasks from A to Z.
\n* Experience in managing AP, AR, and GL comprehensively.
\n* Proficiency in AutoCount and SQL is an advantage.
\n* Advanced knowledge of Excel is preferred.
\n* Capable of performing tasks independently while managing subordinates effectively.
\n* Proactive in solving problems without waiting for instructions
\n* Possess own transport<\/p>\n
