WORKING HOURS:
\nMonday – Friday: 9am to 6pm
\n(Lunch break: 1hr)<\/p>\n
JOB FUNCTION:
\n1. ADMIN
\n\u30fbSchedule management for the President.
\n\u30fbExpense organization.
\n\u30fbSetting up meetings (approximately once a week).\/ Interpreting and translating (infrequent)
\n\u30fbHandling visitor reception.
\n\u30fbSupporting data entry for HR and audit departments.
\n\u30fbFiling contract-related documents.
\n\u30fbResponding to phone inquiries for the company.<\/p>\n
2.PUBLIC RELATIONS
\n\u30fbCollecting PR-related information from various countries and departments.
\n\u30fbCreating and managing PR content.
\n\u30fbUpdating and managing the company’s website and social media accounts.
\n\u30fbCoordinating with PR companies, making requests, and summarizing reports.
\n\u30fbBuilding relations with media such as newspapers and PR magazines.
\n\u30fbNetworking with chambers of commerce and Japanese companies in Malaysia.
\n\u30fbAssisting in event planning with the marketing department.
\n\u30fbPlanning and proposing PR events, among other tasks.<\/p>\n
QUALIFICATIONS:
\n\u30fbAt least Bachelor in any field
\n\u30fbPreference is given to candidates with study experience in Japan or experience with Japanese corporate culture (not mandatory).
\n\u30fbThe role requires high communication skills. thus, multi-language and high communication skill is preferable
\n\u30fbJLPT N2 or above
\n\u30fbFresh graduate interested in entertaiment field is welcome<\/p>\n

REMARK:
\n\u30fb Overtime is not generally required.
\n\u30fb There are also minimal business trips.
