\nFinance Assistant Manager
\nPlace: Kawasan Perindustrian Cheng, Melaka
\nSalary: RM5000 – RM6500<\/p>\n
Working hours:
\nMon – Fri 8.30am-5.30pm (Lunch break: 1pm – 2pm )<\/p>\n
Saturday: 8.30am-1.00pm half day
\n2 Saturdays per month (4 weeks), If 5 weeks will be 3 saturdays<\/p>\n
Job Responsibilities:
\n\u30fbPrepare month end closing reports, expenses analysis and monthly P&L reporting analysis
\n\u30fbPrepare monthly intercompany analysis
\n\u30fbPrepare quarterly analysis
\n\u30fbVerify all sales transactions
\n\u30fbReview all journal entries, supplier reconciliation and monthly bank reconciliation before month end closing.
\n\u30fbPrepare forecast weekly cashflow and review daily cashflow balance for cashflow planning management
\n\u30fbRelease approval transactions
\n\u30fbCheck and review all PV for trade & non trade payments before submit for approval.
\n\u30fbTo liaise with KPMG auditor on quarterly & yearly audit.
\n\u30fbAssist the Finance Head on ad-hoc whenever necessary<\/p>\n
Requirements:
\n\u00b7 Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate\/Graduate Diploma\/Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Finance; Accountancy or equivalent
\n\u00b7 At least 3-5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
\n\u00b7 Pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal & communication skill
\n\u00b7 Candidate should possess initiative and be able to work independently
\n\u00b7 Proficient in both written and spoken languages, English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin.<\/p>\n
