Salary: RM4,000 – RM 7,000

Job Type: Permanent; Full-Time
WORKING HOURS:
* Not fix yet, maybe 7:00-23:00 between, (45 hours per week)
*There are exceptions to the working hours when going on business trips with Japanese management team if request
JOB DESCRIPTION:
①Interpreter for the sales manager ⇒ Mainly Japanese⇔English, providing translation support to the sales manager in various situations; This role belong to Operation Department.
②Schedule is shift-based, working on weekends is the norm
③Work will be in the store as a rule, wearing the store uniform and supporting the sales manager’s interpretation as appropriate (no working in the kitchen or hall is the norm)
④Convey the sales manager’s goals and instructions
⑤Create sales manuals
⑥Explain the company, house rules and hand-washing instructions to new employees when they join the company
⑦Instruct on hygiene management
⑧Manage time-stamping for sales department employees, and make contact and corrections as necessary
QUALIFICATIONS:
* At least Bachelor Degree
* Fresh Graduate is welcome
* Experiences in the same field F&B is most welcome
* Micorsoft: Word, Excel and PPT
* Must be good at spoken and written in Japanse; Multi-language is added advantage
* Must bewilling to be outstation to other place including Japan with Japanese management team if request.
