Marketing Assistant/Sales Support
Place: Seksyen 31, Kota Kemuning, Shah Alam
Salary: RM2,400 – RM 2,800
Job Type: Permanent; Full-Time
WORKING HOURS:
Mon – Fri 08:00-17:30
(Saturday once a month)
JOB FUNCTION:
・Assist in the marketing team, preparing spare parts, quotation, and invoices.
・Prepare spare parts (following the customer’s request) and arrange for shipment.
・Support the production of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers.
・Organize and assist in promotional events, exhibitions, and other marketing activities.
・Manage and update the system on sales of spare parts and machines
・ Collaborate with internal teams and customers to ensure project timelines are met.
QUALIFICATIONS:
・ Diploma or Bachelor in relavant field
・ 2-3 year working experience in sales support/sales admin is most welcome
・ Fresh graduate in Degree is consider
・ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word and Powerpoint
・ Language: English & BM
・ Highly organized with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
・ Creative mindset with attention to detail.
・ Possess own transport
