WORKING HOURS:
Mon – Fri 9AM-6PM

JOB FUNCTION:
・ATM Activation Coordination: Collaborate with relevant vendors to coordinate the activation of ATMs in various locations.
A・TM De-Installation Management: Oversee the de-installation of ATMs, ensuring effective coordination with all related vendors.
・Onsite Inspections: Conduct regular checks on ATMs to ensure cleanliness and proper grounding, maintaining operational standards.
・Application Roll-Out Management: Manage the rollout of applications to all ATMs, ensuring timely and efficient deployment.
・Configuration Coordination: Work closely with ATM operators to perform configurations, upgrades, and other necessary operations.
・Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with vendors for refurbishing and repairing ATMs and related components.
・Daily Monitoring: Monitor daily ATM operations, including cash requirements, to maintain operational efficiency.
・Cash Replenishment Coordination: Coordinate with Cash In Transit (CIT) companies and funding banks for timely cash replenishment.
・Cash Management: Identify and track daily ATM cash overages and shortages to ensure accurate financial reporting.
・Operational Improvement: Identify areas for operational enhancement and propose effective solutions to improve efficiency.
・Documentation Maintenance: Maintain thorough documentation of all activities, ensuring the preservation of the company’s rights concerning information system assets.

QUALIFICATIONS:
・Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Banking, Financial Services, or a related field.
・At least 1~2 year of experience in the ATM industry or financial services is most preferred.
・Strong ability to identify and analyze ATM-related issues effectively.
・Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
・Familiarity with Electrical Tools: Basic familiarity with using electrical tools is preferred.
・Willingness to Travel: Availability to travel for extended periods as required
・Possess own transport
