Sales Assistant / Sales Support
Place: Seksyem 16, Shah Alam
Salary: up to RM3,000
Job Type:Permanent; Full-Time
WORKING HOURS:
Mon – Fri 8.30AM – 5:30PM
JOB FUNCTION:
・Answering emails, phone calls & customer enquiries
・Taking & delivering messages between internal & external
・Handle basic quotes and performs simple cost calculations
・Handling mail including outgoing and incoming letters, documents, bills and parcels
・Keep recors of data/documents by filling both physically and electronically for company records
・Ensure smooth transactions in account systems, as well as creating Purchase Order, Invoinces, Delivery Order
・Receiving and arranging it/out deliveries of inventory stocks
RESPONSIBILITIES:
・Following up schedules of all outstaidng items (outstanding PO,RFQ)
・Sales reporting, inventory reporting, item listings
・Manage iventory and material order planning
・Follow up with customer payment status, managing customer accounts and other problems
・Assist in planning and coordinating office events, booking travel arrangements.
・Supporting on Custom related jobs, E.g. Customer Duty & Sales Tax Exemption, documents submission to Custom Office.
・Inventory stock take needed semi-annually
・May reqire to work overtime duringmonth end closing and urgent shipment arragement
QUALIFICATIONS:
* Min 1 years experience in sales support work/sales admin work in manufacturing or trading field is most preferable.
* At least Diploma or Bachelor Degree
* Good communication skills in English
* Well know in Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook
* Those who are good at detailed work and value accuracy
* Those who can actively learn and act independently
* Those who value teamwork
* Knowledge of trade practices is prefeable
* Experience with sales support tools
