Merchandise procurement & Inventry controller
Location: Plaza, Persiaran Jalil 1, Bukit Jalil,
Salary: RM3,000 and above (nego)
Job Type: Permanent; Full Time
WORKING HOURS:
• Based on Shift-work system:
8 hours of actual work specified within working hours from 8:30 to 20:00. Separate lunch break of 1 hour.
• There is work on Saturdays and Sundays, about 4 times a month.
JOB FUNCTION:
• Creates inventory forecasts and sends to suppliers to assist in mutual planning
• Creates Purchase Orders for approval, sends to Suppliers, maintains tracking reports
• Updates and confirms order and shipping status
• Communicates any delays to the merchandising and operations department
• Supports and assists operation department in inventory inquiries
• Assists merchandising and logistics team on best order transportation costs
• Coordinates with suppliers, logistics and warehouse to maintain the best trafficking of product to support the business
REQUIREMENTS:
• At least Bachelor’s Degree, Fresh is consider too
• Regardless of industry, 1 year or more work experience required
• Ability of Analysis and Problem solving skill
• MS Office(Excel), good computer literacy
• Good communication skills, Able to communicate in business level English
