JOB FUNCTION:
Quality Assurance and Quality Control of Bonding wire for Semiconductor
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
* To ensure that the Integrated Management System (IMS) is implemented, maintain and continually improved according To IMS requirement.
* To conduct the Internal Audit, Supplier Audit and manage external parties Audit such as customer or certification body/ regulatory audit.
* To conduct training or briefing on Integrated Management System (IMS) requirement To top Management level and promote quality System awareness throughout the organization.
* To manage customer complaint or interested parties feedback related *To Internal process control in-effectiveness and miss from inspection or other external issues.
* To Oversee calibration activities and conduct MSA study (qualitative and quantitative) for equipment and activities specified in control plan.
* To ensure compliance To customer specific requirements, Safety, Health & Environmental & other stipulated act & regulations.
* Additional job will be assigned by the superior or Management as and when necessary.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Degree in QA Engineering or equivalent
* At least min. 7 years experience in QA function in semi-conductor or manufacturing background
* Familiar with ISO9001, ISO14001 and IATF 16949 requirement
* Familiar with Audit skill and technique
* Familiar with Automotive 5 Core Tools attended
* Knowledge in RBA VAP experience is added advantage
* Possess own transport
