Working Hours: Mon – Fri 9:00-17:30

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for the overall planning, organizing, and execution of entire IT functions. This includes directing all IT operations to meet user requirements as well as the support and maintenance of existing applications and development of new technical solutions.

A. IT MANAGEMENT
1.To promote HMIL. IT strategies and standardization of Company Group while coordinating with HML. Mid-term plan.
2.To accomplishes financial objectives by forecasting IT requirements; preparing an annual IT budget and scheduling IT expenditures.
3.To monitor the overall IT policy and direction.
4.To control actual cost comparing with budget and oversees the procurement of I equipment.
5.To manage and control IT resources to reduce IT operational cost and improve IT operational performance.
6.To promote and implement cost reduction activities to reduce business operation cost.
7.To provide user training, support, advice and feedback regarding all matter related to IT.
8.To manage, mentor and train IT staff; to maintain a safe and secure work environment; develop personal growth opportunities.
9.To provide updates for the weekly reports, and Monthly progress update for any related job task and project.
10.To support IT Department action plan and comply with grant agreements, assurances, regulations, guidelines and instructions and IT policies and procedures.
11.To develop and documentation standards for hardware/software/network/server related matters

B. IT APPLICATION
1.To ensure the company adherence with software licensing laws.
2.To provide recommendations on software and hardware specifications from time to lime to ensure optimum system performance and to upkeep with technology changes within the Company Group.
3.To provide support during systems upgrades, installations, conversions and file maintenance.
4.To provide support for the business software applications such as Production System, Finance System, HR
System, EOLP System, SMS System, and etc.
5.To monitor daily backup operation for business software application and related servers.
6.To monitor and support for all functions associated with the maintenance of SQL Server databases including security, back-up, logging, reporting and recovery procedures.
7.To monitor and update company software licensing and software assets

C.IT INFRASTRUCTURE
1.To manage all aspects of IT security, creating and implementing IT security practices and to ensure that staff follow those procedures.
2.To perform Daily Management of existing system, server, network and PC.
3.To provide support and response services in maintaining both software and hardware functionality and uptime.
4.To provide technical and project management leadership to identify, design, develop and implement the IT
5.To manage progress, issues and confirmation status of all types of tasks pertaining to IT business system and
6.To assist in maintaining servers, security solutions, network hardware and equipment

D. SAFETY, HEALTH & ENVIRONMENTAL (SHE)
1.To have a sound knowledge of legislation and Slit management
2.To ensure self-compliance and subordinates are also in compliance with HMMMY SHE policy.
3.To ensure all necessary sale operating procedures and instructions related to all aspects of work wills the
department are prepared, documented and periodically reviewed

E. OTHERS
I.To assist in building relationships with vendors and creating cost-efficient contracts.
2.To ensure daily operation of IT team smoothly and well performed
3.To perform any duty or task assigned by superior.

QUALIFICATION:
1.Preferably Diploma / Degree in Business IT, Computer Science, Information Technology.
2.Preferably years working experience of 10 years managerial role in related tel.
3.Proven experience as managerial position.
4.Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
5.Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities.
6.Possess excellent leadership qualities and strong analytical skills
7.Negotiation skills and the ability to influence others.
8.commercial and business awareness
