Position: Sales Coordinator(female only)
Location: Subang Jaya
Basic Salary: RM 3200
Job Type: Permanent
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 8.00am – 5.30pm
Sat & Sun: unless required to come in by HOD
Job Description:
– Assist to register new and potential customer profile for business sales reeferences purpose
– To comminicate with internal and external partie efficiently through sales ordeer and payment follow up
– Resposiilitier include processing sales, coordinationg and scheduling transportation of delivery parts.
– To gether information from other departments or customers and coordinate accordingly
– Assist sales representatives with information on machines and attachment
– To follow up and submit quotation as per customer request based on their deadline
– To perform any other duties as derected from time to time by Head of Department
Requirements:
– Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business administation or any field
– Fresh graduate are encourage to apply
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications(Word, Excel etc）
– Able to speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.knowing japanese would be an added advantage
– Possess good comunication and interpersonal skills
– Positive attitube and willing to learn
– High degree of in good work ethies, have a pleasant personality and be able to interact with anyone regardless of level with confidance
– Must possess own transport and be willing to travel when required
