Position: IT Executive
Location: Subang Jaya
basic Salary: RM3000
Job Type: Permanent
Working Hours:
Monday To Friday : 8.00am – 5.30pm
Sat & Sun : unless required to come in by HOD
Responsibilities:
・Install and configure software and computer system
・ Troubleshoot and resolve issues with software or hardware
・Walk user through steps to help them resolve their technical problem
・Maintain procedures and reports that provide technical support to the entire organization
・Analyze records and logs to spot underlying trends and potential issues
・Support the implementation of new solutions or applications
・Establish account for new users and assist with password or login problems
・Test, evaluate and install a system or application that has been assign/approvedto be implemented
・Participate in IT meeting to provide insight into technical or application requirements
Requirements:
・1+ years of experience in a technical support role
・At least Diploma/ degree in computer science,Engineering or a similar relevent feild Certifications are Preferred, but not required
・must seriously keen to absorb the knowledge given by superior
・Working knowledge and expertise with a variety of software,hardware, and application
・willingness to solve compicated problems and see projects through to completion
・analytical skills to study problems and records and identify solution
・Team-oriented attitube to help other colleagues and departments with technical
relationship-building skill problem
・Strong interpersonal communication and relationshio-building skills
・Ability to manage time and effectively prioritize numerous project at one time
