Sales Executive (SaaS)
Place: KL- Menara Bangkok Bank
Salary: RM4000-RM6000 + incentive
Working Hours: Mon – Fri 9am – 5.30pm
We are looking for a creative, self-starter with client relationship skills to join as SMS (School Management System) Sales Executive resource.
This role will help us grow our SaaS business through strategic lead generation, partnering, research
• SaaS business development and sales – Achieve quarterly and annual sales target with new and current customers.
• Developing a pipeline of qualified leads through personal initiative, research, planning, networking, partnering, marketing activities.
• Cold outreach via phone calls/emails and customer visit activity
• Effective and appealing presentation and product demonstration to prospective customer in schools.
• Responsible for handling escalated customer complaints.
• Communicate with customers to ensure contractual service agreements
• At least 3 years of experiences in selling.
• Self-motivated to expand personal professional knowledge of product and selling skills, and pursue high performance achievement
• Able to define strategy and generate leads and qualify opportunities.
• Proven track record in target achievement.
• Sound knowledge with IT technology and solutions.
• Able to manage multiple opportunities at the same time.
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Good written and verbal communication in Malay, Chinese & English.
• Ability to speak in Japanese will be added advantage
